Who is eligible to join?
- Any active law enforcement or Corrections Officer residing or assigned in Polk County Florida.
- Any officer who has retired and left their agency in good standing.
- Any officer who is elegible for retirement and left left their agency in good standing.
What is the process?
- Fill out an application available on our website, or request an application from a lodge member.
- Submit your completed application with a check for $91.00 to the lodge secretary by mailing it to:

- Submit your completed application with a check for $91.00 to a lodge member.
- You will be voted on at the next scheduled board meeting.
- Once the board appoves your application, it will be voted on at the next scheduled general meeting.
- After your application is approved by the general membership, you will be sworn in at our next scheduled general meeting.
How do I pay my annual dues?
- Attach a check for $91.00 to the application you mail or give to a lodge member.
- If you are a member of the PCSO you can choose payroll deduction on your application.

Member Benefits:

Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at 6:30pm.
